Sales Force Automation (SFA) was originally designed to help sales gather and share performance insights with key stakeholders more efficiently. Unfortunately, this frequently requires sales representatives to spend a great deal of time recording their every motion to produce limited insights that often do not benefit them. This session will demonstrate how artificial intelligence can be used to help eliminate these inefficiencies, produce deeper insights that benefit sales leaders and reps, and ensure that SFA delivers on its original promise.
