This session shares how to leverage Six Sigma principles to help your organization tune its revenue engine through a continuous optimization process. We will show you how to define and normalize your sales process, measure and benchmark your data to the industry and over time, analyze the root cause of any of the gaps identified, improve your sales process with targeted changes, and control to see that the changes are working. We will workshop case studies using InsightSquared dashboards to practice analyzing your business, and finding performance gaps and opportunities.
